Nintendo has announced a new 1-on-1 consultation service for US Switch owners, called the Nintendo Switch Concierge Program. Only currently available in the US, the service offers a 1-on-1 video call consultation with a Nintendo representative across a variety of topics. Consultation topics include: Nintendo Switch 101, Games (Getting Started), Games (What to Play Next), Security and Privacy, Nintendo Account, and Customization The process is as simple as going to the site, picking a topic and booking a slot.
