It's a story that's intrigued onlookers, but is also posing legal and moral questions. Two North Koreans were deported by South Korea last week - after confessing to killing 16 fellow crew members on their fishing boat before arriving in the South. Seoul normally welcomes North Koreans seeking to defect, and last Thursday's deportation was the first case of its kind from South Korea. That in itself raises questions, but also why did it have to happen so secretly and quickly?
