"One-Pan Hearty Japchae"
■ Ingredients (Serves 2)
・150g Pork Belly Trim
・40g Glass Noodles
・1 Bag (200g) Bean Sprouts
・1 Bag (100g) Enoki Mushrooms
・1/2 Bunch (50g) Chinese Chives
・Salt and Pepper, to taste
☆Seasonings
・1 tsp Grated Garlic
・4 tbsp Yakiniku Sauce
・100cc Water
・1 tsp Sesame Oil
■ Procedure
(1) Add the ingredients listed above to a frying pan and mix. Spread the glass noodles and bean sprouts. Hold the enoki mushrooms by the base and cut them in half lengthwise with kitchen scissors, removing the base. Tear and spread the part near the base.
(2) Spread the pork on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
(3) Cover and heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
(4) Add the chives, cutting them into 4cm pieces with kitchen scissors, and stir-fry thoroughly.
