These are the answers to the operations centre questions (manufacturing facilities don't give these) that should give you a random version atlas pass. It is only obtainable from one Gek centre, three Korvax centres and Polo in the anomaly. (Not sure if Polo is random or based on achievements)
In the video is the "open comms" answer and V2, i have seen this answer produce V3 too. From what i can see it's random which one you get.
