1Travis Touchdown is back,and he's ready to kick some ass once more! He's returned to Santa Destroy,where the UAA has become a major source of entertainment. He's been challenged by the 51st Ranked Assassin. BOSS FIGHT: Skelter Helter. Brother of Helter Skelter,the first assassin Travis killed in the 1st game. He won't actually attack much unless you get close to him usually. He has a charge attack and a 3 hit combo attack. Basically a tutorial fight to get you used to the controls again. After a cutscene halfway through,you'll continue the fight. Once he goes down,who should show up but good old Sylvia. She manages to coerce Travis into joining the UAA again,this time at Rank 51. Sadly,Skelter reveals a secret to Travis before dying,he's placed the burden of revenge onto him. He's had some goons kill his best friend Bishop!
