Wii/Switch/PC: 0:00 (Recorded on Switch)
JP Heroes' Paradise (HP): 2:27
International (INTL) HP: 5:47 (Recorded on NA PS3)

This is a low-key version difference accompanied with several other differences and quirks as part of this video.

There are a number of ways to get money in NMH1 for the entry fees (among other things). Side Jobs and Assassination Gigs are the main moneymakers, but there are money dumpsters (2000LB$) and buried money caches (1000LB$) that give small amounts, too.

On Wii (and subsequently Switch/PC), if you get the full entry fee from a money dumpster/buried cache, the prompt will not show up. However, if you enter a new area and leave, the prompt will show up when you're back in the overworld. My assumption is that they likely presumed you'd be getting that money from Jobs/Gigs, and subsequently load into the overworld, so simply entering/exiting an area will trigger the flag on the overworld. On JP HP, being a rough halfway point between Wii and INTL HP, the prompt shows up like Wii does.

For INTL HP/Red Zone, they caught this oversight, so the prompt will show up immediately upon getting the entry fee money from a money dumpster/bured cache. For every version, I also showed what happens if you get under the amount of money and then get back up for the same entry fee: absolutely nothing.

Despite how understated this difference is, there are a number of subtleties, not all of which are shown here. There are a few reasons: I felt that some details were too subtle to properly show and/or bloated the video too much for my liking, and I also only figured out some of it from later testing and didn't want to re-record footage.

-On Wii, if you select a Side Job/Gig from the Job Center/K-Entertainment with the entry fee money, the prompt does *not* show up upon loading back into the overworld. If you enter/exit without selecting a job, the prompt *does* show up.
-On Wii, earning the money while in a mission (from killing enemies) will not cause the prompt to show up mid-mission.
-On Wii, if you enter a mission with the money (or earn it mid-mission), failing the mission will not cause the prompt to show up upon entering the overworld. However, cancelling it from the menu at any point will cause it to show up after loading.
-On INTL HP, the prompt will not show up mid-mission if you earn the money from killing enemies. However, it will show up if you fail the mission or cancel it manually (unlike Wii where it only shows up if you cancel it manually).
-Saving and rebooting the game seemingly doesn't affect the prompt, from my (limited) testing.

Miscellaneous notes:
-On all versions of HP, you can actually pick up money dumpsters/buried cashes from the bike, unlike Wii. Although not shown here, if you hit a dumpster with a T-shirt while on the bike, the range to pick up a T-shirt is quite large, likely to "help" you get the shirt if you've already started driving away.
-A strange quirk with buried caches not shown here: on most versions, you can stab the ground at any grass with your katana while walking. For some reason on INTL HP, the game only lets you stab when there is actually something beneath you (money or a card on NG+). Perhaps meant to make it easier to fish around for buried treasure? On the bike, though, you can stab anywhere on all versions of HP regardless of whether there's something to be found or not.
-You can hear some music differences in Area 51. On Wii (not shown here), Heavenly Star plays. On Switch/PC, the Job Center theme plays. On all versions of HP, No More Riot plays. I plan on showing music differences specifically in another video.
-There's a glitch on Switch here in Area 51: Travis's glasses aren't visible.
-On Switch, when collecting the money, you can see that the money is gradually added to my inventory as the money visual effect plays. On HP, you can see that the money is gained almost instantly, but the money visual effect still plays the full duration. Weird.
-Naturally, there are lots of other version differences, from the menus, art style, etc, and I'm not going to list them all here, so I recommend checking the guide at the top. To point out something particularly egregious: the load times in JP HP are atrocious (to the point where they added tip boxes during them), and you can see that they tweaked the color choices a bit between JP HP and INTL HP.
