Came across this while streaming. Note that the Red Zone Edition is just the International version of Heroes' Paradise ported back to Japan.
This glitch can also happen on the Wii version (and presumably Switch/PC). Still not sure what causes it in any version, but my current theory is that it triggers due to some glitch after a cutscene or loading zone, where Travis is in the wrong state or something until an action by the player.
