Non-Projectile Moves that Cancel Projectiles ➤ KOF 2002 Compilation
The exact definition of a "projectile", as determined by the game engine, is "any attack that creates a moving hitbox separated from the character who performed the attack". Included within this is the ability to "cancel out" another such attack when two are onscreen at the same time.
The above definition definitely requires that some characters be put in the video but something like K’s DF+A/B is regarded as a projectile as it is a setup to a hitbox that will eventually separate from the character. Also someone like Kyo, Andy and the others' moves are just considered to be nerfed projectiles but nonetheless ''projectiles' and therefore they will not be on the video.
