Today we're talking about and testing a CPU that along with a few others, is soldered on to the motherboard and shipped on it's own or as part of a low power or ITX system. With four cores, Intel HD graphics and a pretty decent price, is something like this worth considering and what's the point?
Today's system is made up of the Celeron J1900 Processor, 4GB DDR3L Ram and Intel HD Graphics. The games tested include CS:GO, Team Fortress 2, Overwatch and Crysis.
