By the time the late 80s dawned, Sega were kings of the arcade and the quest to bring the arcade experience home was one pursued by many. Few succeeded, especially on platforms ill-suited for more direct conversions or, as was common with our star of the episode, blighted with lazy ports. In this week's Nostalgic Nibbles, we'll be taking a look at four Sega arcade games and seeing how they fared when being ported to the Commodore Amiga, a platform that should have a better chance than most home micros at capturing some of that Sega arcade magic.

I had a few sound issues this time around, my apologies for those and for some mic booming that crept in and I couldn't scrub.

Dedicated to my partner, supportive in all the things I do and taking a retro journey alongside me, one I'm very happy to be able to share with her.

Recorded via OBS and Audacity, edited in Filmora, and played via FS-UAE and cracked adfs and ipfs of the game disks.
