The infamous tool (left in by mistake?) in the OEM version of NT 4.0. The SP1 CD removed it, and left the other programs in the OPK directory.

This program permanently overwrites the registry files to the pre-GUI portion of Setup, that is, before the second part. This way it can remove what has been added to the registry by the various programs, along with the changed settings.It does this automatically (there's no confirmation or anything before doing this, and the Console Window flashes if it is run directly from Explorer).

In this case it didn't make the OS unbootable, but...
