3Alright after this I ended up looking up a speedrun of the game to see how the final boss is handled, and as it turns out you can actually use the Tri grabbing thing to grab onto the arms and stretch them out, which further exposes the weak spots on the arms (both when it's on the body, and when sticking out from the walls) and gets Link to go up and spin attack them
As I was trying to figure out what to do here I did try the grab button, and realized I could grab Null's body, but it never really did much so I didn't really try continuing
How was I supposed to guess when the entire game up to this point when you grab something it grabs the ENTIRE thing, not ever some specific part of it. The rules are suddenly different now for the final boss with zero indication that's the case, and no way you'd find out unless you just so happened to grab one of the arms in an attempt to grab Null in general, like excuse me? We really couldn't have had some similar thing before the final boss that introduces it properly so that when we face the final boss after the player can go "oh, I know what to do!"
