We had known for quite some time now what the specs for Nvidia’s upcoming “mainstream” GPUs were going to be and it didn’t seem like we were going to get more than 8GB of vram which is concerning. Many new games coming out and ports to the PC have shown that 8GB of vram is being problematic if you want to enjoy games with high fidelity settings. For older gen stuff I’m okay with saying lower down the settings but when it comes to new hardware especially considering what Nvidia is demanding, I think its unacceptable the user should compromise. Well it seems like Nvidia may have reacted to this and are going to being rolling out an RTX 4060 Ti with 16GB. However if you though they would be giving you this upgrade without any extra costs, unfortunately I’ve got some news for you.
