Nvidia have recently gone on record to announce they are pleased to support the Playstation 4 with Physx, despite that their hardware isn't inside SOny's new system.

In this video I've used footage of Batman Arkham City with Nvidia's Hardware Physx on and off to illustrate what GPU based physx can do (just as a demonstration more than anything).

There's several rumours going about on the PS4's cpu being 2GHZ rather than 1.6, but due to the fact Sony have announced the specs as being 1.6GHZ, and that AMD jaguar (the cpu inside the PS4) being 2GHZ at max, I doubt that'll be the speed that the PS4 ships at, due to hardware yields.
