idk after 100 hours im starting to think this game is actually kinda easy

lily 1: lily only throws the slash if you're far away. you can chain forward attacks into the up attack to deal a lot of hits to the bomb quickly.

tangerine: tangerine's hitboxes are mega active, so don't try to contest them at all. cat tumbling is very good in this fight cuz you can't turn around during it and it has a massive reverse hitbox. if you get cornered, cat tumbling + an air dash behind tangerine is a very consistent way to keep safe. overall she is very docile so just smack her ass silly. circle super is basically a free clone screen clear. also the orange projectiles dont have a hitbox, only the explosion hurts.

lily 2: ignore lily and go for the frying pan. if you attack while moving backwards, it basically can't hit you. don't let too many bombs stay onscreen.

berries: don't go too ham when the dynamite are onscreen. don't love the walls too much, or berries will sucker punch you with her vertical wave. you can bounce on the bomb in phase 2 in a pinch. idk what else to say, the attacks aren't too hard to dodge

eye of plague: tbh idk if this is even the optimal way to beat this boss, i just accidentally got a no-hit run cuz this boss is so easy to no-hit, like 90% of its attacks cant hit you if you're crouching

nyarutoru: this strat is very easy to do and very consistent. honestly forgot to record her fight the first time and just did it again in a row cuz it's so easy

lianne: honestly after i figured out that cat gaze makes this fight so much easier she isn't that bad. if you have a lot of damage upgrades you can very consistently 1-cycle the crystal and defeat lianne before her 2nd phase (which is actually pretty easy even if you do get to it). do NOT attempt this fight without cat gaze.

dracula: pretty hard to no-hit cuz of all the shit onscreen in phase 2. nep can actually be speedkilled before he even gets to attack once, but i don't like the strat because it's VERY unreliable. if you have a lot of damage powerups the phase 2 1-cycle is very consistent. should still work even without 'em. don't bother trying to hit her with anything while the magical circle is still active, it's not necessary and just makes the fight harder. if you're having trouble getting up to destroy the magical circle, you can actually bounce on it with cat tumbling to very easily get up there.

lily 3: stay near the middle, as it will make lily deploy bombs in places where it's more convenient for you to destroy them. smacking the detonator gives free super meter.

eliza: not much to say, this boss is also pretty easy. hit the 2nd arrow that gets shot at you after she activates her super to not get hit.

can probably be optimized to speedkill the projection before it changes attacks. very easy.

theia: it's hard to approach theia during the yellow phase cuz of all the shit on the screen so i like to do the bulk of my damage on purple. don't try to contest her hitboxes during the purple phase, just attack the tubes since she shares hp with them.

irin: i think she is actually harder on hard mode than expert lmao, the eye is only relevant if you're near it, so it's very easy to deal with.

yuri 1: this boss is a joke. can kill her in 1 cycle but i chickened out. the only attack that's hard to dodge is the first one, but if you stand slightly away and under yuri, you can very consistently dodge it with a crouch dash towards yuri.

nyakori: nyakori doesn't put up a fight at all, if you take the fight very slow then there are very few ways she can actually hit you. she won't attack at all when the shield is up. the butterfly has trouble hitting you even if you're just standing on nyakori's head not moving, but it can be a problem when it overlaps with other attacks, so it's better to wait for it to go away. you want to be high up during the lasers attack so you dont accidentally land on nyakori's yellow balls. dont break her shield when she's near a corner or you'll get hit by her vertical balls.

yuri 2: ok so this fight looks horrifying but tbh you can just zone yuri out with the charge attack. you can very consistently deal 1-2 hits to the shield without accidentally hitting her by attacking away from yuri like i do. she has 3 main attacks, a spin, a jump, and a horizontal attack. she'll do the spin which has almost no range if you're above or below her, but if you're diagonally above her she'll do the jump which is very hard to dodge. all of her other attacks have very consistent methods to dodge. if you can get under her while she has her shield up, you can get very easy parries to recharge your super. i chose circle because it's a very safe way to damage yuri since she can't be stunned, but cat gaze is prolly good too. i forgot to upgrade it for this fight, but it doesnt matter tbh, only made the fight a bit slower
