NYXI Wizard Gamecube Joy-Con - Gyro Controls on PC [Overwatch 2]
Some Gyro gameplay using the new NYXI Wizard Gamecube-style Joy-Con on PC
My impressions of it as a Gyro controller for PC:
-It pairs fine to PC/Win11 and is mappable in reWASD (Gyro 250hz)
-The back button placement isn't good, and doesn't sit naturally where your finger would
-The gyro feels similar to normal Binbok/NYXI style JoyCon
-The weight distribution is pretty weird for split handed gyro use, they are much heavier on the opposite side of the controller to where the grip is so it takes some getting used to
-The A button and the ZL/ZR button have a pretty mushy feel, the other buttons feel normal/clicky
-The ZL/ZR button is easy to press accidentally because of this if your finger rests there
-The sticks and other buttons feel really nice
-The manual isn't really clear but you can actually map the macro button to a single button map and not a macro sequence, to do it you have to press profile, then while HOLDING the button you want to map, press profile again. This is the only way to get the back button to single map without a lag to it that comes when you program a sequence
-Unfortunately you cannot map the back button to + or - (which you can on Binbok/clones) or SL/SR (expected)
