Nyxi Wizard Support Ticket Video
0List of stuff that's malfunctioning on the nyxi wizard.
Controller is only a few months old.
All issues are relegated to the left side.
LB has an issue where it doesn't like to register at times. It gets worse the longer I play with it.
Left stick has started to drift. It likes to rock back and forth to the left. Every now and then it freaks out and just stops working all together.
Left wizard likes to disconnect from the switch while it's attached to the switch. Don't know what causes it. It's a physical connection.
Both wizards like to behave in odd fashions. They used to pair as a single controller. The last few days they are registered as controller 1 or controller 4. Sometimes as controller 2 and 4. No other controllers are attached.
Left wizard randomly dies.
all issues are intermittent and hard to replicate on the fly. The thumbstick is the only constant as well as the pairing issue. It does this both while attached to the switch and in wireless mode.
Steps taken to remedy this.
Console side:
Reset the switch.
Factory reset the switch.
Tried it on another switch. *Same result*
Controller side:
Cleaned the wizard.
Factory reset the wizard.
Popped off the ring and thumbstick and cleaned out the thumbstick module. *It was already pretty clean. Did nothing*
Other trouble shooting steps:
Reset every other controller and did not re-pair to both switches. *Wizard still doesn't pair correctly and doesn't number itself correctly*
Charged the left wizard overnight. *It still randomly turns off*
Tested all the other controllers *they still function flawlessly*
