We take a brief break from doing guild quests to do 1 main quest and 1 side quest. I go on a quick sewer adventure with Baurus after a brief book buying adventure where I get to beat up red robed fellas. Later I get to beat up a necromancer, and the mage guild didn't tell me to do that. Instead the mage guild told me to beat up some ghosts. Also I suddenly ended up in a thief guild house, so like, when in rome lmao. We stole a thing and it made a monster show up and tell a big shot guard captain to fuck off lol.
