OBS and Relive Record Comparison on Ryzen APU

OBS is great for someone who wants to customize their stream, and record too. But, in this case for Ryzen APU, can OBS beat Relive in terms of performance both using H264 and H265 Encoder?

In this test, I'm using NimeZ Driver Mod 21.12.1 to see if OBS can perform well or not in this driver, because Microsoft Codecs have ruined these VCE performance. These results may be different in other Ryzen APUs, either can better or worse than mine. I can do only one game for now, since other games are broken.
