Best to see the comparison in 1440p, difference between recorded and not recorded is 5-9fps, depends on your hardware specs. Forza Horizon 5 has "Resolution Scaling" setting that can adjust the resolution quality, some gamers said that feature isn't a FSR. But, after long gameplay with FH5, this feature exactly same as FSR, but why?

I have some reasons that feature is called FSR in FH5. The first is, AMD FSR is an Open Source Spatial Upscaling from AMD GPUOpen, so any developers can use it, even you have choices to not use "FSR" name, promote their FSR, or using that feature, it's all up to you. The second is, that feature uses same processing as FSR in other games, and the result is same, although maybe other games use additional features like Denoiser, Ambient Occlusion, HDR Remapping or Variable Shading Rate, this game only uses a spatial upscaler. And the last is, Forza Horizon 5 is a part of Xbox Games Studios, and they work with AMD to use FSR. Despite they dont use "FSR" name, this game uses resolution scaling from AMD FSR for both xbox console and PC version.
