This mod is ridiculous and I love it. You are a special agent who must escape a weirdo professor's massive base, where he is building an army of soldiers, freaks, and robots. The arsenal is hilarious, with such stand-out weapons as Gilette shaving cream, an electric eggbeater, and my personal favorite, the kamikaze model airplanes (I never get tired of those). All of the enemies are replaced, mostly with bizarre MS Paint critters. The cyberdemon is replaced with a colossal toy monkey. The music has been replaced as well, but it mostly sucks. I recommend using this mod with different level sets, as the levels included are not that great.

There's a sequel called Duum 2 Ultra, but it's only a pre-release version and may not be complete. Also half of the funny weapons were replaced with regular guns, which is lame.
