19 November 2021 : The latest updates (version 1.21.13.0 and SDK 1.16.0) seem to have solved the issues with the package building procedures that was causing problems with the duplicated tiles and the glitchy polygons in 1.20.6.0).

In this video we learn how to merge two sceneries that use photogrammetry data from Google Earth and created with Google Earth Decoder. This can be used to intergrate a missing part in your project, create a larger project by merging smaller sceneries into a bigger one and to add a small area with a high level of detail in a more standard scenery.

This tutorial uses the Optimization Tools scripts made by Thalixte.

PLEASE READ
This guide assumes that you already know how to create a scenery with Google Earth Decoder and how to optimize it so that it can be used in the latest versions of Flight Simulator 2020.
