OCR's are BACK! It's been a whole pandemic since my last Obstacle Course Race, so I'm thrilled to be back on the course. This is footage from True Grit 2021 in Adelaide where we took through some new people through their first ever OCR event. Hopefully, I'll be able to do another OCR this year.
