This month, we celebrate the Festival of the Dead and the Halloween Holiday Event. The Festival is similar to the Day of the Dead in Mexico, and we will commune with up to 5 NPC's that have since passed on. For this, we are awarded bonus Xp in the Prayer skill. The Halloween Event will have us chasing down ghosts in haunted houses with a bonecrusher type reward in store for whoever wants.
In addition to the darker side of things this month, the King Black Dragon and his lair are receiving an overhaul, which is long overdue. He'll be receiving brand new drops, a newly balanced drop table, a graphical rework and a brand new lair. Also, getting to him will become easier, but you'll be rewarded for taking the long road to him. The same can be said for a few dungeons around the area that are in serious need of an update, including Taverly Dungeon and the Chaos Tunnels.
The goblins are getting a makeover as well as their Goblin Village. Also, Doric's Quest is getting removed and being replaced with What's Mine Is Yours, where you'll help Doric's smithing business thrive. For higher level players among us, there are additional hidden rewards.
To wrap up this month, there are updates planned with the Duel Arena, allowing you to save your settings and quickly demand a rematch. New hairstyles, a new bundled pack and a new consumable are coming to the Solomon's Store this month as well.
