Octopath Traveller 2 Playthrough part 17 exploring part 8 and Optional Boss Monarch
0Yep not only do we complete a bunch of side quests but we also fight out first optional boss.
The optional areas in the game are just there for extra treasure but some of them are for side quests like the thieves hideout and some even have optional bosses to beat.
As for the boss bring castti or someone with the apothecary job because this loves inflicting status effects but since I was pretty over levelled at this point it didn't take any effort what so ever but that's what happens when you don't explore properly.
From now on off screen i will look for other optional areas and just enter them then exit so that way o I know where they are for the future.
PS:Next time we continue with doing chapter 2 with another character in fact we are pretty much be doing chapter for with the other characters for quite some time because at this point there are that many side quests I can do at the moment.
