Think BoxVR crossed with a Simon says / dance class and you will arrive at somewhere near close to what OHshape is.
There was a few years ago a television show called hole in the wall where contestants had to contort their bodies to fit the shapes in the walls coming towards them. In OHShape you are pretty much doing dance moves, infact you can get the shadow version of yourself to breakout a few dance moves inbetween blocks, but only on the easy settings, as soon as you try medium upwards there is barely time to position yourself for the next shape.
The visuals perfectly suit the style of the game and there is a nice balance of tracks that I could see me working out too, I wish there was some sort of calorie tracker as the higher settings do have you moving around a lot, be warned you will need some space, I have set mine on the stationary guardian but still find myself wandering forward.
The tracking works really well and is even a little forgiving, as long as you are somewhere close to the body shape and height you will pass through unscathed. Follow the patterns and your multiplier increases, miss one and it resets, there are also gold orbs to hit with your hands that gain you extra points.
This is a great alternative to normal rhythm games and something different to work out to, that still requires good movement and co-ordination, something I don't really have, but I can improve, I hope.
