Oink! (Machine type: Atari 2600)
1Oink! is a quirky action game based on the classic “Three Little Pigs” fairy tale. You play as one of the pigs, frantically trying to patch up the wall of your house while the Big Bad Wolf tries to huff, puff, and blow it down by removing bricks.
Like other Activision games, it featured bright, colorful graphics and smooth animation for its time. Designed by Mike Lorenzen, who also worked on other titles for Activision. It’s not as famous as Pitfall! or River Raid, but it has a cult following due to its unique theme and frantic gameplay.
