This takes place at "Launch Base zone act 1" in Sonic 3 alone.
I was too lazy to do text commentary.
Anyway, the rules are ridiculous:
-I must not get hit
-I must not have more than 3 rings
-I must finish within 5 minutes
-I must destroy all enemies I come across (except Eggman)
-No power-ups and no debug mode
-No alarms must be triggered
