(English below) Oldfartenstein 3D es un mod del mítico Wolfenstein 3D de id Software en clave de humor, en el que el protagonista original B.J. Blazkowicz regresa para luchar contra los nazis. La gracia está en que tanto él como sus enemigos ahora son unos vejestorios XD

Me ha gustado mucho este mod, no solo por el humor, sino porque gráficamente me gusta la variedad de entornos y elementos gráficos que tiene, el gore añadido, y el diseño de niveles es bueno dentro de lo limitado del motor de W3D.

Por contra, noto cierto retraso en el control al disparar, a veces incluso es como si el arma se encasquillara, lo que no sé si es intencionado (por aquello de que Blazkowicz es un anciano con la mano temblorosa y facultades reducidas) o se trata de un bug del mod.

Sea como sea, es un mod que recomiendo si os gusta el viejo juego de id Software, ahora en más de un sentido XD En este gameplay, muestro los primeros niveles de cada uno de los 3 episodios de los que consta el juego, hasta que me matan (por cierto, en el primer nivel del primer episodio, encuentro el nivel secreto).

Personalmente recomiendo editar el archivo "old-fullscreen-1280x800.bat" para poner la resolución de tu monitor (en mi caso, 1920x1080), reconfigurar los controles para un estilo más modernos, y quitar filtro de colores vintage en las opciones del juego, que está curioso los primeros minutos, pero pronto acaba resultando molesto.

I really liked this mod, not only because of the humor, but because graphically I like the variety of environments and graphic elements it has, the added gore, and the level design is good within the limited W3D engine.

On the other hand, I notice some lag in the control when shooting, sometimes it is even as if the gun is jammed, which I do not know if it is intentional (because Blazkowicz is an old man with a shaky hand and reduced faculties) or it is a bug in the mod.

Anyway, it is a mod that I recommend if you like the old id Software game, now in more ways than one XD In this gameplay, I show the first levels of each of the 3 episodes of the game, until I get killed (by the way, in the first level of the first episode, I find the secret level).

Personally I recommend to edit the file "old-fullscreen-1280x800.bat" to put the resolution of your monitor (in my case, 1920x1080), reconfigure the controls for a more modern style, and remove the vintage color filter in the game options, which is curious the first minutes, but soon ends up being annoying.
