(English below) Playthrough de las misiones A Keeper's Training (tutorial) y Lord Bafford's Manor de Thief Gold, versión ampliada y mejorada de Thief: The Dark Project, lanzado en 1998. Jugando con TFix, que adapta el motor del juego para poder ser jugado en PCs actuales con diversas mejoras, y el HD Mod, el cual mejora los gráficos del juego con texturas mucho más detalladas y varios añadidos cosméticos adicionales.

Ya tengo vídeos que subí hace años en el canal de los HD Mods de Thief 2 y de su expansión no oficial, T2X, pero no del primer juego. Eso no podía quedar así, así que aquí está. Pero además, mi intención es subir el juego entero, 1 vídeo por misión (en este caso, he metido también la misión de entrenamiento, que es el tutorial). Thief: The Dark Project es uno de mis juegos favoritos de todos los tiempos, quizás entraría en mi top 10, y por eso me apetece hacer esta serie.

Lo jugaré en dificultad "experto", pero quiero aclarar que esto no pretende ser una guía de ningún tipo, no voy a mostrar la mejor forma de jugarlo, ni mostraré cómo conseguir todas las piezas de botín, solo las que sean necesarias para terminar la misión más alguna adicional extra que encuentre por el camino.

Thief: The Dark Project es la obra maestra de Looking Glass Studio, referente en el género de los juegos de sigilo y un juego de culto, con una gran comunidad de fans detrás. Es una brillante mezcla de sigilo con elementos de terror, que supuso un antes y un después en su género. La versión Gold trae 3 misiones más que el original, y algunas mejoras y ajustes que se hicieron a las ya existentes.

Thief Gold se vende actualmente en GOG y Steam.

Playthrough of missions A Keeper's Training (tutorial) and Lord Bafford's Manor from Thief Gold, an expanded and improved version of Thief: The Dark Project, released in 1998. Playing with TFix, which adapts the game engine to be playable on current PCs with several improvements, and the HD Mod, which improves the graphics of the game with much more detailed textures and several additional cosmetic additions.

I already have videos I uploaded years ago on the channel about the HD Mods of Thief 2 and its unofficial expansion, T2X, but not of the first game. That couldn't stay that way, so here it is. But also, my intention is to upload the whole game, 1 video per mission (in this case, I have also included the training mission, which is the tutorial). Thief: The Dark Project is one of my favorite games of all time, maybe it would enter my top 10, and that's why I feel like doing this series.

I will play it on "expert" difficulty, but I want to clarify that this is not intended to be a guide of any kind, I will not show the best way to play it, nor how to get all the loot pieces, only the ones that are necessary to finish the mission plus some additional extra that I find along the way.

Thief: The Dark Project is the masterpiece of Looking Glass Studio, a reference in the genre of stealth games and a cult game, with a large community of fans behind. It is a brilliant mix of stealth with horror elements, which was a before and after in its genre. The Gold version brings 3 more missions than the original, and some improvements and adjustments that were made to the existing ones.

Thief Gold is currently available for purchase on GOG and Steam.
