As Olympics fever dies down across London, in Afghanistan they have been holding their own version of the games.

The first ever Helmand Olympics has taken place in Lashkar Gah - a year after security was handed over to local forces.

Forces News cameras were there as hundreds of spectators gathered in the city's Karzai stadium.
