The General who has been appointed to help manage the draw down of British combat troops from Afghanistan has commented on the increase in green on blue attacks.

Major-General James Bashall is the outgoing GOC of the Germany based First Division. He has told British Forces News the spate of green on blue attacks must not be allowed to derail the exit strategy.
