Released for the Playstation 1 in 2001. Developed by Kronos Digital Entertainment and published by Eidos. A prequel to the original Fear Effect,taking place 2 years prior. If you've played the original game,then the controls are pretty much the same here. I think you have the option to switch over to more modern controls though,if you don't like the tank controls. Still uses FMV's for the backgrounds,so it's another game that's 4 discs long because of that. This game has the same playable characters as before: Hana,Deke,and Glas,as well as a 4th character named Rain. Apparently this game has more of an emphasis on solving puzzles than combat,but when enemies do show up they can take you out quickly.
