Omno is third person platformer, with the most relaxing/dreamy music i heard in a long while. The graphic of the game comes in a nice clean low poly style with still a lush naturey look to it. Weird looking but harmless creatures.
So the goal in the game is, to find at least 3 Orbs in an area, which activate a puzzle at the end of this area. But you can also collect all the orbs in such areas, find all creature entries and to find all Memory/History Stones. I'm not sure if there is a deeper meaning behind 100%-ing an area, but you get a nice achievement for doing this.

Despite the look, i would say Omno isn't for childs only, but for the whole family. I would call this game tranquil, which makes it maybe a bit boring for a younger audience.

To keep the game fresh the creator give you a new ability in each zone. I played it a bit further and got the ability to surf on the staff. in the first zone, you get the ability to dash forward. This is needed to get to platforms that are further away.

If you fall down in an pit or swamp, you keep your progress and respawn at the last checkpoint. So besides some walking, failing doesn't have much consequences. Except you count failing at puzzles.
The puzzles are pretty easy so far, but i'm just at the beginning of the game, so they might get more complex.
