An hour forty five minute plus video of Sim Racing on Martin Luther King day. The land down under BATHURST Gran Prix Circuit(Mount Panaroma Motor Racing Circuit)Race 1. Of all the Sim races I've driven at Bathurst I had failed, until this day, MLK day in qualify had my best lap time 0.214.892 not the best, but it gave me starting pole position. At the start of race I pulled ahead forward away from the pack.. not looking back my focus and goal is to achieve good consistency in all sections of the race course and the possible, best lap time. Driving the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8R GTE was a challenge experience but because of the mid engine design it gave balance in the handling and performance especially at racing at Bathurst GP CIrcuit. The track has an unusual design by modern standards long straightaways: Mountain straight(up hill)and Conrad straight(down hill)at the top of the mountain itself go across tight and narrow sections leading to the dipper S turn Apex's ending at Forrest's elbow(right handed hairpin)Apex turn, a total of 23 Apex turns. this game play video includes my qualifying, the Race and Bonus replay review.
