rFactor2 Cadillac DPi V.R vs Zandvoort GP 2020, The New Year 2021
It's a New Year..2021 Day 5 racing at Zandvoort GP Circuit 2020(improved layout). Sim driver and narrator HP.Suprchrg96 drives the Cadillac DPi V.R a rFactor2 development in Oct 2020 to be release in December, which I purchase the Endurance Bundle 2 DLC(special discount price). It included 3 popular Endurance race cars: Cadillac DPi V.R, Lingier LMP2 and 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8R GTE. The Cadillac gave me a fun and awesome experience, It's handling and performance is top notch, for a SIM first timer it may take time to get use to it's handling characteristics. For me it was so easy. In this video it includes Qualifying 8 laps(0:01:00), the race 15 laps(0:15:30) and a special bonus replay review(0:41:33) of the race with different view points. ENJOY

The Cadillac DPi-V.R is a sports prototype racing car which started competing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in North America in 2017. It is the successor to the Corvette DP. It marked Cadillac's début to sports car racing as a full constructor since Cadillac Northstar LMP that competed in American Le Mans Series from 2000 to 2002. It was unveiled on November 30, 2016.
Cadillac DPi-V.R is the variation of Dallara P217 base. The car was designed to compete in the DPi Prototype class. The car's first win came at the 2017 24 Hours of Daytona by Wayne Taylor Racing. A closed-top design, it incorporates several new mechanical and safety features not used in the previous Corvette DP car. Zylon anti-intrusion panels are built into the frame that prevent any mechanical components from coming into the chassis in the event of an accident. The Cadillac DPi-V.R. has an electrical power steering system and an improved gearbox.
