On Poly Reduction for BeamNG use - Meshroom Decimate or Blender Decimate ?

Personally I use neither, but if I had to pick I would use Meshrooms Decimate. Insert that node like I do here right before the texturing node. I do use meshrooms decimate sometimes though. When it is something without much 3d geometry where baking high poly normals would not really add any difference.
This model was 1.3 million polys and was taken down with a .01 decimate in Blender and in Meshroom. I zoom in to show you the differences they make.
