This is what I use Meshroom for when it comes to Google Earth. Mountains, hills, valleys. This particular location is in Italy. I did not spend long getting much footage, just one small area of one mountain. See in the game you would paint forest items like trees and bushes on that model. Also bring the terrain block up flush with the model so that a ground cover can be used also on it. Of course these models need to be decimated first to use in beamNG. They are ridiculous high polys. Meshroom has a decimate option that results in better optimized meshes simply because you can inject that node before it texture maps it. Letting Blender decimate wrecks havoc on the mesh and uvs. only way to do that right is to bake the high poly normals on a low poly version. This I normally do rather than decimating in Meshroom. That way you get the high poly normals.
