One Must Fall: 2097 freeware version; DOSBox version 0.74 using 20000 cycles. This specific cycles setting has to do with maintaining a "sensible" speed for the game, as discussed below.

Timing starts immediately after pressing the "Select" button; timing ends on the first frame of the ending cutscene. Northam% simply means to finish the North American tournament in the fastest possible time. This is a pretty amusing run for a gosh-darn fighting game, of all things. The AI doesn't know how to handle the Jaguar's overhead throw, so it can be abused quite well, but it's not THE fastest way to defeat opponents, so there's some skill involved. There's also the matter of choosing when to get a perfect round for extra cash at the cost of two extra seconds in the victory pose of a match.

It's been sitting on my hard drive for a couple years now, figure someone might be interested in the absurdity of this fastness.
