Still inside the Mont Saint-Michel, Jacques got the Red Eye to activate and solve the puzzle. When the puzzle solved, a new area can be explored. Switch to Samanosuke and find the portal to previous area (1st time Samanosuke arrived in Paris). Go to the top floor and defeat all the genma soldiers here, then open the red chest to obtain the "Red Key". Then use the portal again to going back to Mont St-Michel. Give it to Jacques to open the Red Door using the key.
After that, look for the Genma Plant on the 1st floor using the "Triangle Key" from Heihachi, then plant it outside near the wall...
