Greetings fellow gamers! This is Gamer Guy (In a Suit) from the Echo Army YouTube channel! Today I am bringing you a review of the best baseball simulator you will ever play, Out of the Park Baseball 16. OOTP 16 was released on Steam way back on March 23, 2015 (right before the baseball season) and has been brought to us by Publisher/Developer Out of the Park Developments.

(NOTE: This was a review from a game in my own Steam library, it was NOT provided by the Developer and/or Publisher)

The "Too Long, Didn't Watch" Review:

Stop reading. If you are interested in what this game is, then you will enjoy it. Period
5/5 and I am more than happy to buy a copy every year. It's worth ALL the dough.

The "Meat & Potatoes" Review:

This is my all-time favorite PC game. Be forewarned, there may be a bit of bias present. I have played this game since it's inagural season. Even for the time I was not playing ANY PC games, this very game was the lone exception. If there is one thing Gamer Guy is more passionate about then gaming, it is baseball. And this, friends, is baseball. Leave your arcade gimmicks at home. No ground-breaking visuals or audio. Go play your consoles or that "RBI" nonsense to get your kicks. This is what baseball is all about. This is what the people who think baseball is boring miss out on. The action in baseball is so cerebral, it is missed by the casual viewer. This game is where the real action is taking place. Running and operating your own baseball......well, universe! You can simulate a season from years past, you can pick up from today and move froward using real, licensed MLB teams. My favorite though, Fictional Leagues. ALL the customizations that you can possibly imagine. Your players, stadiums, cities, team names, budgets, scouting systems, coaching systems, minor leagues, feeder leagues, international leagues, posting fees, trades, drafts, draft pick trading, the list is only limited by YOUR imagination. Want to play in a dead-ball era? Go for it. You can set it up, and it isn;t hard to do. Want to play in the big-boom Steroid, era? Go right ahead. Hell, bring Ty Cobb with you, see how he does. Take Rickey! back with you to the golden era, see how he stacks up. The gameplay is also this detailed. Wanna sim by plate appearance? Maybe go pitch-by-pitch? Position your defense accordingly, chose if you want to attack the hitter or pitch away, or even pitch to contact. Seriously, stop reading and go play. I promise, if you like baseball, you will actually thank me later. Literally. It is THAT good. Go get it. I could talk forever about it. 5/5 and "Take my money please".

Happy Gaming!!!

P.S. Can we get Title Bout and Inside the Park on Steam too? Pretty Please?
