This video demonstrates how to open and explore a multi-frame stream file, while highlighting user interface features in the multi-frame view of Graphics Frame Analyzer. This will help you pinpoint performance regressions on a frame by frame basis, based on the captured platform and hardware metrics.

Stream capture files can be opened in Graphics Frame Analyzer while double-clicking the image thumbnail or by pressing the open button once your stream file is selected. In the multi-frame view of Graphics Monitor, there are three panels displaying different information in each. The left panel displays the contents of your stream capture including each frame captured throughout the stream, their durations as well as keyframe recordings if keyframing was enabled. The middle panel of the tool allows you to visualize each frame of your stream capture in the form of a bar graph based on the GPU Time Elapsed. In this panel, you can also view the metric data associated with those frames throughout the course of your stream capture. Hovering over each frame in the GPU Time Elapsed track will display a screenshot thumbnail above the bar graph. The right panel of the tool displayed captured metrics associated with the stream capture file, which are dependent on your host systems hardware. You can filter metrics using the search bar, enable or disable visualization of these metrics by clicking on their names and change the color of metrics by clicking on the colored square icon.
