Operation : BIOWAR (DOOM II WAD) - Gameplay (w/ commentary)
0Or just Biowar, this is a 19-level megawad by Chris Harbin with Pcorf and John Bishop. While it says to be in the spirit of Icarus and other megawads, it feels more like a standard Doom 2 episode with a combination of techbase and hell levels, and most of the levels are very easy. Really enjoy the snow themes as well. The story is that a new protagonist that learns of the UAC president having allied himself with a high-rank demon codenamed TCHERNOBOG, selling all the souls of the UAC workers and being given an unlimited amount of demonic biological weapons in return. With the UAC having killed off the Doomguy (which apparently went by the name in the Doom novels), the new protagonist must infiltrate the UAC biolabs and destroy TCHERNOBOG within its headquarters. Would've been nice if we got to know what the protagonist worked for, but I dunno if anyone else cares.
