For the absolute beginner, I highly recommend using Enjo's Launch MFD for finding the launch heading. The MFD may look overly complicated, but you can ignore all of its other functions and just use it for its ability to calculate the launch heading for you. You can download Launch MFD from Orbit Hangar:

In addition to, or instead of, Launch MFD, you can download various calculators that will run on your Windows Desktop. These calculators require that you input some information, but as you saw in my video, finding that information is very simple.
2 really good calculators are Space Calculators V2 by George Kristiansen, and Azimuth Calculator by "enjo." Both can be downloaded from Orbit Hangar.

And finally, for the do-it-yourself-ers among you, here's the math:

Common questions I get: What screen recording software do you use? What joystick do you use? What add-ons do you use? Where can I find the XR2 Ravenstar? Where do I download Orbiter? And much, much more. It's all answered in the FAQ I set up at this link (the link is a google document):
