(English below) Jugando el otro día a Doom RPG (ver vídeo en el canal), recordé que yo ya había jugado hace muchísimos años otro dungeon crawler de id Software llamado Orcs & Elves en Nintendo DS. Y bueno, se me ha ocurrido grabar un gameplay y de paso recordar qué tal era.

Orcs & Elves tuvo a John Carmack como diseñador y programador principal. Este, al igual que Doom RPG, era originario de móviles, y se adaptó oficialmente a la consola de Nintendo en 2007 en un versión mejorada. Se trata también de un RPG de mecánicas simples, aunque aun así más complejo que el de Doom. Es un juego directo y divertido, pensado para todo el mundo. Recomendable.

Uso el emulador MelonDS, uno de los mejores de NDS, con una resolución de 16x native.

Orcs & Elves had John Carmack as designer and main programmer. This, like Doom RPG, was originally from mobile, and was officially adapted to the Nintendo console in 2007 in an enhanced version. It's also an RPG with simple mechanics, although still more complex than Doom RPG. It's a simple but quite fun game, designed for everyone. Recommended.

I'm using the MelonDS emulator, one of the best NDS emulators, with a 16x native resolution.
