Orders, Deals and Positions in MetaTrader 5 (MQL5) - Part 2
We continue our discussion in this tutorial by demonstrating via example trades, how algorithmic traders should treat orders, deals and positions programmatically in source code.
A foundation is laid for future tutorials where we'll demonstrate how to write cross-platform source code in MQL that handles order management in both MQL4 and MQL5 - thus paving the way to porting existing MQL4 expert advisors to MQL5 with minimal changes.
