Took me awhile to try to understand the game mechanic with jobs and why even if hiring, they wouldn't take the job.

Some jobs ( back in the days ) were made for specific gender like "Forestry" which males are more efficient to cut trees then woman I guess.

So whatever you build, male or female will chose what they want to work.
Just remember that.

Some jobs however, can have equal male and female working there. It will depends on them.
