This may or may not work for you! If it doesn't, you can try a couple of the following:
1) Trying different builds on osu! such as Cutting Edge or Beta.
2) Toggling Letterboxing on even if you're on Fullscreen.
3) Ticking the "Reduce dropped frames" option. (Will increase input lag very slightly)
4) Switching on compatibility mode.
