This is a really nice blend of art and effect. The art is quite simple, but the blur effect on top is what really makes this level. I don't think I've seen anyone do that better than xXLOCOXx did in this. As an example, just take a look at the very first part. Many would just make it blurry all the time, but he combined this with a black overlay for blinking. It's most blurry right when the eye opens, then gradually gets clearer. Masterful execution and implementation of the effect can also be seen later, such as during the Ball part at 0:36. The UFO right after this can be a bit hard to play at first since you can't really see where you're going, but that's about it for complaints here. This will definitely get an Epic rating, and it will most likely be 4 stars.
