as of 6 months ago I created a new version of the project which is FAR more efficient and accurate. The new version allows for automatic text scroll, moving character models, lip sync, and more. to download it click the link below. I am in the middle of creating a tutorial for it. There are text documens to show how to use it properly for the moment.

In this video I will teach you how to create your own Hyperdimension Neptunia Cutscenes using custom templates I spent 2 months making. You will need the Paint.net open source photo editor (link to download below) and any video editor (I recommend Sony Vegas). I spent a lot of time working on this and it really wasn't easy so should u chose to make a video with these assets please credit me in the description of the video.
